If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your item.

Returns made by mail: I will issue a refund or send a replacement when the order has been returned to me.

If an order is lost in the mail or does not arrive at the address provided, please notify me as soon as possible.
All mailed orders are insured through USPS.

**Shipping costs are non-refundable.**
SHIPPING
Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days after full payment has been completely processed.

My preferred shipping method is USPS First Class. If qualified, shipping will be automatically upgraded to Priority at no extra charge.

CUSTOMS FEES

PLEASE NOTE: A Customs Fee MAY be applied at destination for countries outside of the United States. I have no control over customs charges. If you do not wish to pay for customs fee and instead have the order returned, I will refund your order as soon as the package reaches me. It will help to let me know ahead of time if that is what you wish to do so I can keep a look out for your order.
